Aaron Phypers' mom, Patricia Phypers, testified she witnessed Denise Richards attack her son during their marriage, Us Weekly can report. On Friday, October 17, Aaron called his mom to the stand as he fights Richards' effort to obtain a permanent restraining order against him. During questioning, Patricia said that she saw Richards, 54, attack Aaron, 53, about two years ago. "It was at the Calabasas home. She threw a can opener," Patricia alleged. Patricia denied ever seeing Aaron abuse Richards or threaten her in any way.
