View this video on YouTube Hulu / Via youtube.com All's Fair stars Kim Kardashian, Niecy Nash, and Sarah Paulson as three fierce divorce lawyers, and it looks like these ladies are NOT to be messed with. THIS is how you make an entrance. Hulu / Via youtube.com 2. Paulson's line about the hallway being shaped like a "clown's cervix" is kind of giving "man who is trying to write dialogue for a woman" as I'm not sure I've ever heard an actual woman describe anything as "looking like a cervix" in any context, but I also appreciate the unique imagery and am always here for more education about female anatomy. Hulu / Via youtube.com 3. Kim K and Niecy Nash make a stylish pair, to say the absolute least. So happy to see Nash in this role - she was iconic in Dahmer. Hulu / Via youtube.com 4. Sarah Paulson also looks GOOD. I'm kind of into it. Hulu / Via youtube.com 5. Really strategic use of Britney Spears's "Work Bitch" here. Hulu / Via youtube.com 6. I guess Kim K's acting career is officially a thing now and somehow it makes total sense, even if she is basically playing herself. (It also seems like the best of both worlds, given her actual legal career). Kylie Jenner, meanwhile, seems to have chosen the music - looks like the Kardashians are fully investing in the arts? Hulu / Via youtube.com 7. Brooke Shields, Glenn Close, AND Naomi Watts? This cast is stacked. Hulu / Via youtube.com 8. Love that the first time a man appears in the trailer (and pretty much every time after), he's completely crashing out. Hulu / Via youtube.com 9. "Men. They are terrified of women in power," says a woman in a pantsuit to two other women in pantsuits. So true, Glenn Close, so true. This show might be a Disney movie for (some) women and a horror movie for (some) men. Hulu / Via youtube.com 10. I do personally feel that only weak, spineless men are terrified of women in power, and I would love to see more onscreen portrayals of well-adjusted men who are more than happy to appreciate and follow powerful women, but that's just me. Hulu / Via youtube.com 11. "I tell my clients every day: You never really know a person. It's just a trap." Okay, I can't help but imagine that this was pretty satisfying for Kim K to say after her awful divorce from (and ongoing coparenting efforts with) Kanye West. Hulu / Via youtube.com 12. Lemonade reference spotted. Hulu / Via youtube.com 13. "Every tear you shed is $100K in your pocket." This is definitely what Taylor Swift is talking about when she sang about girl-bossing way too close to the sun on The Life of a Showgirl, and I'm kind of here for it. Hulu / Via youtube.com 14. I think this is actually going to be pretty satisfying to watch. I recently heard the statistic that women reportedly initiate 70% of divorces, and it just seems like a sensible time for a show like this in general. Hulu / Via youtube.com 15. I'm very here for whatever is happening with Sarah Paulson, in this frame and in this trailer in general. Hulu / Via youtube.com 16. Is this Sarah Paulson, Kim K, or Kris Jenner with her new look? I really can't tell anymore. Hulu / Via youtube.com 17. Calling each other whores and infertile as insults? Maybe not the best show of female friendship and solidarity, but something tells me this isn't about that either. Hulu / Via youtube.com 18. Ultimately, this seems like it's mostly an ad for designer pantsuits, an attempt to revive the girl-boss era in a world where tradwifery is taking off, and a preview of what's to come in a few years for all the pop stars who have just gotten or are getting married (just kidding!!). Hulu / Via youtube.com 19. I, for one, am 1000% seated. Tap to play GIF Tap to play GIF Hulu / Via giphy.com What did you think of this trailer? Who are you most excited to see in All's Fair?
