Alix Earle's stepmom, Ashley Dupré, garnered her own attention in the public eye after a 2008 sex scandal with a former New York governor. Dupré, who worked for luxury escort service Emperor's Club VIP, made national news after having relations with former New York governor Eliot Spitzer. Spitzer ended up resigning from his position one week after the government learned of his involvement with the escort service via a wiretap investigation.
