Angela was later prompted to obtain a restraining order against Rob, with her attorney accusing him of violating California's law on the nonconsensual sharing of sexual images and affronting women's rights. Xpx / Getty Images In 2022, Angela broke down in tears in court after being shown the graphic nude photos amid a court battle against the Kardashian family, whom she sought $100 million in damages from after accusing them of "killing" her and Rob's self-titled reality series. However, the family used her restraining order against Rob as evidence that the show would have been impossible to film, given that the exes couldn't be around each other - and because the restraining order was used as evidence, Angela was asked to discuss it in court. Angela testified that she "jokingly" wrapped a phone cord around Rob's neck and raised an unloaded gun in the air near him. "I'm being funny like, 'If he ever leaves me, I'll get him,'" she said.
The Kardashians eventually won the case against Angela, with a jury ruling that they were not to blame for the cancelation of her show. What's more, a year before the legal battle played out, Angela publicly claimed that she wasn't receiving any "support" from Rob when it came to raising Dream. "Yesterday I had to give up 3 of my cars ...my reasons... morals, beliefs, being a single mother, no support I'm a MAMA," she tweeted. @blacchyna Angela also shares a 12-year-old son with her ex Tyga, and she claimed that the rapper wasn't providing her with any support either. Tyga quickly denied her claim - as did Rob, who wrote on Instagram, "I pay 37k a year for my daughter's school. I handle every single medical expense. I pay for all her extracurricular activities. I have my daughter from Tuesday-Saturday. Another person agreed, "She did attempt to sue his family for $100 million. I don't know how you could get back together with somebody who did that to your family. Meanwhile, several fans pointed out that Angela has been on a public wellness journey for the past three years, which has involved going sober and reversing some of her cosmetic procedures.
