Hrithik Roshan recently approached the Delhi High Court seeking legal protection for his personality rights. According to reports from LiveLaw, the actor has requested protection over his publicity rights, which include his name, image, likeness and all elements of his personality. The lawsuit alleges unauthorised commercial exploitation and misuse of these attributes, including by third parties aiming to gain financial profit. The matter is expected to be heard by Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora at the Delhi High Court. Hrithik is not alone in pursuing such protections.
