Kim Zolciak was subpoenaed as part of a man's ongoing divorce with his estranged wife, who demanded the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star answer questions about gifts he bought her, Us Weekly can exclusively report. On September 30, court documents were filed that showed Zolciak was served with a subpoena demanding she appear for a deposition as part of a man named Kyle Mowitz's divorce. Mowitz filed for divorce from his wife, Jillian Green, in March. The paperwork said Zolciak was served at the parking lot of a high school in Georgia.
