Kevin Lansberry, the CFO of Disney Experiences, will be retiring after 39 years with the company in February. Michael Moriarty, currently President and managing director of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort, will succeed him as executive VP and CFO of the division, which is led by chairman Josh D'Amaro. "Michael Moriarty brings a deep understanding of our long-term strategy to broaden the reach and impact of Disney Experiences," said D'Amaro in a statement. "His global perspective and leadership will help guide us through an exciting chapter of growth, reaching new fans in new places and on new platforms." Before leading Hong Kong Disneyland, Moriarty was CFO of that theme park, and also worked as CFO at Walt Disney Imagineering, and in senior finance roles at Walt Disney World. The company will name his successor at Hong Kong Disneyland at a later date. Lansberry, meanwhile, served in a wide array of roles at the company during his career, including a stint as interim CFO of Disney after the exit of Christine McCarthy in 2023. Hugh Johnston joined Disney later that year as its permanent CEO, at which point Lansberry returned to the Experiences division.
