NBC / Will Heath/NBC via Getty Images Aside from the fact that Charli is hot on the scene right now, everybody couldn't stop talking about what she was wearing. The "Everything is Romantic" singer wore a black skirt and a "Max's Kansas City" T-shirt, with black sunglasses. NBC Immediately, some people speculated that her outfit was a reference to Taylor Swift, whose fiancé, Travis Kelce, plays for the Kansas City Chiefs. Some fans believe the song is a diss track inspired by Charli's song from her album, Brat. Dimitrios Kambouris Fans speculated that lyrics from Charli's album previously referenced Taylor and her past relationship with Matty Healy. While Taylor didn't address the rumors head-on, she did explain the lyrics of the song on an Amazon Music's track by track, describing it as "a song about realizing that someone else has kind of had a one-sided, adversarial relationship with you that you didn't know about." "It's actually pretty romantic if you really think about it."
