Charli XCX's upcoming movie, The Moment, has a lot of big names in the cast. The mockumentary-style film, which is an A24 production, follows the life of a pop star navigating fame as she gears up for her first headlining tour. Not only is Charli (real name Charlotte Emma Aitchison) starring in the project, but it is also based on her original idea. The Moment was written by Aidan Zamiri and Bertie Brandes. Charli will also serve as a producer. In October 2025, The Moment announced its official cast, which included seasoned actors Alexander Skarsgård and Rachel Sennott. Kylie Jenner, meanwhile is set to make her film debut in The Moment. British singer Shygirl and Charli's longtime collaborator A. G. Cook will also have roles. In addition to acting, Cook will provide original music for The Moment. No details about the cast's roles have been revealed as of October 2025. While The Moment does not have a premiere date at this time, it is scheduled for 2026.
