On September 29, Margaretha, 36, filed court docs in her new criminal case over alleged identity theft, where she said her household consists of her and Rosenbrook, 47, whom she labeled as both her "husband" and "spouse." Margaretha also checked the box indicating she was married. As Us first reported, Margaretha filed a petition for legal separation from Rosenbrook on July 28.
