The employer of Perry Tole, the man allegedly attacked by former NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez, has broken their silence about the shocking altercation. Tole, 69, works for Restaurant Technologies, a company that specializes in cooking oil delivery and hands-free waste cooking oil disposal. While attempting to perform his duties in downtown Indianapolis in the early morning hours of Saturday, October 4, Tole was allegedly attacked by Sanchez, 38, who claimed Tole's box truck was not allowed to be parked in an alley where the former New York Jets star was reportedly seen doing wind sprints.
