Hulu What filled my Disney-loving heart the most about this episode was that the cast visited Disneyland, and got to ride the attractions that inspired their numbers. The night was filled with great performances, but like Carrie Ann Inaba said, Jordan Chiles and her partner Ezra Sosa really embodied that Disney magic as New Orleans animated royalty Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen. Eric Mccandless / Getty Images The two performed a quickstep to "Special Spice," a song written for Tiana's theme park attraction, in both Disneyland and Walt Disney World. (And sung by the forever Tiana, Anika Noni Rose). Hulu The judges raved about Jordan's quickstep because it truly embodied the spirit of Disney dreams. "I hope you feel like a princess," Derek Hough said. Hulu "Witty, bright, vivacious," Bruno Tonioli raved. "You are dance royalty." Hulu For Jordan, her Disney Night performance was all about honoring the representation that Tiana has given Black girls around the globe to see themselves as princesses. Hulu "[Tiana is] the first Black princess," she said. "As a little girl, I was able just to be like, you know what, if this is her story, my story can be as magical as hers."
