Jennifer Lopez turned the Kiss of the Spider Woman premiere into a family affair. The "Jenny From the Block" singer, 56, brought her 17-year-old twins, Max and Emme, to the red carpet with her at the New York City event on Monday, October 6. J. Lo donned a green, off-the-shoulder floral dress with a spider-like structure around her head and waist, designed by Harris Reed. Meanwhile, Emme sported a red velvet suit jacket with a black satin shirt and black pants. The teen coordinated with their twin in a brown, navy and beige jacket and a crimson sweater vest over a white T-shirt and khaki pants. Jennifer Lopez Takes Twins Emme and Max to Japan for 16th Birthdays Lopez, who shares Max and Emme with ex-husband Marc Anthony, was all smiles as she posed beside her kids on the carpet, reaching over to rest a hand on Max's shoulder as Emme stood between them. It's not often that fans get to see both of the Hustlers star's kids with her at an event. Back in March, Emme attended the opening night of Othello on Broadway with Lopez, followed by an outing to see George Clooney in his Broadway debut at the premiere of Good Night, and Good Luck in April. Max has kept a lower profile over the years, but he and Emme have made appearances on their mom's Instagram from time to time. The movie premiere also marked a rare reunion for J. Lo and ex-husband Ben Affleck, from whom she finalized her divorce in February. The exes smiled and laughed together as they posed for photos on the carpet, with Affleck, 53, wearing a traditional blue suit and white collared shirt. Additionally, before heading into the film's screening, they were spotted engaging in a friendly chat together. "I mean, it's crazy. We're visiting colleges today, between doing this [press] and the premiere, we're visiting a college today," the Atlas star said on Live With Kelly and Mark on Monday. "It's happening - they're leaving, they're going and it's crazy." Lopez also opened up about her mixed emotions over her children leaving the nest. "I'm happy because I feel like I remember how exciting that time in my life was like, 'Oh, I'm figuring out what I want to do with my life,'" she said. "And it's an exciting adventure, I want that for them. But I also think, like, 'Oh! I'm going to be by myself.'" Lopez and host Kelly Ripa, who shares kids Michael, 28, Lola, 24, and Joaquin, 22, with husband and cohost Mark Consuelos, agreed that there are enjoyable parts of being an empty nester. Jennifer Lopez Is Feeling 'Like Herself Again' After Ben Affleck Divorce "But also always making a home that they want to come back to, right? That was the goal for me since they were born," Lopez continued. "Whatever this is, whatever we create, the three of us together, it's going to be something that they always are like, 'When I go home, it feels good. It smells like home, it tastes like home.' All of it. And I always concentrated on that with them. And I feel like we've created that." Lopez also noted that she's built a close relationship with her kids. "I feel like we're close," she shared. "We're a close-knit three now. A lot has happened with us. ... That kind of changed things and made it really beautiful for us."
