The average ticket price also dipped slightly but still came in at an eye-popping $348.18. Waiting For Godot, starring Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter, also continues to have one of the highest ticket prices on Broadway, with an average ticket price of $239 last week, and a total gross of $1.86 million across eight shows. The tally comes after the play revival opened Sept. 28 to mixed reviews. The musical brought in $1.34 million as Gracie Lawrence, a member of the band Lawrence and a Tony nominee for her role as Connie Francis in the show, played her final performance in the show Oct. 5. Sarah Hyland is set to take over the role starting Oct. 8. The top-five highest grossing shows last week were Hamilton, Wicked with $2 million, The Lion King with $1.9 million, Waiting For Godot and Mamma Mia with $1.6 million. Ragtime also continues to sell out its shows, with the musical revival playing to 100 percent capacity last week at the Vivian Beaumont Theater. The show, which is set to open Oct. 16, brought in $978,700 across its first week of seven preview performances, in an impressive tally for the nonprofit theater.
