Jason Tartick has a few non-negotiables when it comes to a future partner and at the top of his list, she must be a fan of fur babies. "I think my next girlfriend's gotta love dogs," Tartick, 36, exclusively told Us Weekly. "[She] has to be a fan of Teddy and the idea of rescuing. That's so important."
