"At 16 weeks, we learned that our baby's heart had stopped beating," Sims, 36, wrote alongside a carousel of photos and videos from throughout her pregnancy with baby No. 2 on Instagram on Monday, October 6. "This is a grief no parent is ever prepared for. We are devastated, but remain hopeful to give Crew a sibling one day." Sims continued, "Too often, these struggles happen in silence.
