The Real Housewives of Orange County's Alexis Bellino and John Janssen are married. The couple exchanged vows in front of family and friends at a private venue in Laguna Beach, California, on Friday, October 3. "We envisioned a dreamy, romantic, rustic chic vibe with earthy elegance," Bellino, 48, told People in a statement the following day. "Our venue gave us that perfect mix of natural beauty and privacy, nestled between the canyon and the sea. It felt like we were celebrating in a secret garden by the ocean." In the months leading up to her wedding ceremony, Bellino shared hints about what her special day would look like, including the "amazingly beautiful gown" she would wear. Former 'Real Housewives of Orange County' Stars: Where Are They Now? "No one could have ever fathomed what I'm wearing. It's not white, and that's all you get," she exclusively told Us Weekly in August. "It's from Modern Bride in Scottsdale, Arizona, and I'm gonna cry when I put the gown on. I'm going to cry on the wedding day when I put it on, just because of how much thought and love went into it." Bellino also gave a preview of what her special day would look and feel like for the lucky guests who scored an invite. John Janssen and Alexis Bellino Charles Sykes/Bravo "This wedding is all about spoiling you guys," she told close friend and McBee Dynasty star Galyna Saltkovska on the September 25 episode of iHeartRadio's "I Do, Part 2" podcast. "I think that's why John and I are the most excited is because it's just a big party." Bellino, herself, certainly celebrated her wedding with her closest girlfriends in the months leading up to the big day. In September, she hosted a "nearlyweds" party in Las Vegas. One month earlier, she was able to experience a "non-traditional" bridal shower at Truly Blessed Jewels in Orange County with Tamra Judge, Jo De La Rosa and more friends. Bellino and Janssen - who previously dated The Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador - first sparked romance rumors in December 2023 after they were introduced through mutual friends. The pair later made their official red carpet debut in March 2024 at the DirecTV Oscars Viewing Party in Los Angeles. Ultimately, she didn't want to hide her love for a man who made her so happy. Celebrity Weddings of 2025: Stephen Colletti and Alex Weaver and More "I was a little bit nervous, but it's because we've been so judged by our relationship," Bellino admitted to Us at the time. "It started as a friendship, formed into more, and here we are. [And] social media really can be very evil. So it's been a lot, but now we just finally decided we're taking the bull by the horns and going full force." Despite any negative criticism, both Bellino and Janssen tried to drown out the noise and focus on their family. "To the haters, I feel as if I always looked at John and we would be staring into each other's eyes, crying, both of us, distraught by how much we were hated for a love story that's actually pretty powerful, impactful and amazing," Bellino told Us in August. "We would just say, 'Time will show. Stand the test of time.' And what is marriage? Standing the test of time. Because guess what? If you can find love and still build on everything when you are at rock bottom and the most hated and come on top? That's because it's a real and true story."
