Keltie Knight is gearing up for her next era, and while it, of course, includes the "LadyGang" podcast, there's also a book involved. "I'm getting even more unhinged, if you can believe it," Knight, 43, told Us Weekly exclusively at the "LadyGang" podcast's LadyWorld festival in Miramar Beach, Florida, this past weekend. "I am writing a solo book. It is called The F*** Them Theory: Self-Help for People Who Are Done Being a Bigger Person. My manuscript is due next week, so no stress." Knight went on to tell Us the inspiration behind the book and its showstopping title. "I have done everything right. I got all the gold stars. I got the Emmys. I've worked hard. We created this. I've worked on TV for years, and I just feel like at some point I was supposed to be an enlightened and perfect person," she said. "It's not possible." Dimitrios Kambouris/Getty Images for Tony Awards Productions The former E! News host was inspired to start a solo book after writing Act Like a Lady (2020) and Lady Secrets (2022) alongside "LadyGang" podcast cohosts Becca Tobin and Jac Vanek. "I had such a good time writing our first two books that I just want to go even more unhinged," she added. Knight first teased the next phase in her career on Instagram following the cancellation of E! News earlier this year. "I'm stepping boldly into my next era," she captioned a post late last month. "Less 'new chapter,' more 'plot twist.' I put all my messy, glorious thoughts into a brand-new Substack - going back to my #blogger roots but with sharper edges, bigger dreams, and zero apologies." Knight added, "If you've been here since the high kicks & high hopes days, you know the energy. Same heart, upgraded hustle. This era? She's louder, prouder, and entirely unstoppable." Podcast Coachella: What You Didn't See at the LadyGang's LadyWorld Festival There's also a major change coming to the "LadyGang" podcast, Tobin, 39, teased - and it's inspired by a recent Cardi B interview. "We used to do 'see you next Tuesday' because we have Tuesday episodes. We did start this 10 years ago, and some podcasts since then have started to use the same sign-off," the Glee alum explained. "We thought we need to really elevate. We are also kind of in the f*** them phase of our lives. It's like the f*** them 40s." Essentially, when Cardi appeared on CBS Mornings, she was asked about the lyrics in her song "Outside." Host Gayle King told Cardi that Michelle Obama says, "When they go low, we go high." This was a saying Cardi was not on board with. "When they go low, I take it to hell," Cardi said. "Where the lava is at." Becca Tobin, Keltie Knight and Jac Vanek at LADYWORLD '25 Presented by e.l.f Cosmetics. Catherine Powell The "LadyGang" podcast has since adopted this catchphrase. "We're going lower," Vanek told Us. "Isn't that iconic?" As Tobin said, the "LadyGang" podcast has been around for a decade. So to celebrate their 10-year anniversary, the trio held a three-day podcast festival with all their favorite people. "The most fun thing that we've done is, like, kick down the pedestal. We're not above anybody else. We're all on the same level. We're all hanging out together, we're working out, we're painting, we're manifesting, we're crying, we're laughing and we're just all humans - we're all ladies - and that's what makes it so fun," Vanek said. "I'm staying at the bar and having drinks with the ladies. That's what I want to do. So, it's been really great."
