According to the court filings, the attorneys claimed that details regarding the future King of England's 21st birthday party in 2003 were obtained through "blagging," meaning they obtained confidential information about him through deception. They also alleged the former Duchess of Cambridge was followed by a private investigator. A trial will take place in 2026. _ Prince Harry has sued the same British outlet multiple times before. The military veteran filed two lawsuits against the same company for libel, winning one case and withdrawing the other.
