On Thursday, September 25, debt collector Creditors Adjustment Bureau filed court docs asking for permission to go after Richards' wages in order to pay for Phypers' $228,000 debt. The company argued that it should be allowed to pursue Richards' wages because she's married to Phypers, 53.
