Blue Moon by Richard Linklater (Boyhood), starring Ethan Hawke and Andrew Scott, will open the fest, while Joachim Trier's Cannes Grand Prix winner Sentimental Value, starring Stellan Skarsgård, Elle Fanning and Renate Reinsve, will close it. Among other highlights of the festival will be a documentary tribute to a Scottish punk band.
