The R&B singer alleged that he has a federal RICO case against them that would be "worse than Diddy's." Unrelated to Kim and Kris, Diddy is days away from being sentenced for two guilty counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was acquitted of the RICO-related charges. Now, Jenner and Kardashian are looking to set the record straight in what they call a "campaign of harassment.
