And of course, the green flag king himself: Robert Irwin. Eric Mccandless / Getty Images What more could Robert Irwin do? He dominated the first two weeks of the season. Charm? He has that in droves. Dance skills? Definitely enough to win that Mirrorball. Eric Mccandless / Getty Images But what EYE did not expect, was for our wholesome wildlife conservationist to rip his shirt off during his "salsa." And like most of the audience, I think my brain had a blip because could not compute! Eric Mccandless / Getty Images And naturally, the Twitterverse couldn't get enough of Robert shirtless...I mean, his performance, either.ROBERT WTF BINDI COME GET YOUR BROTHER😭😭 #DWTS pic.twitter.com/pWqsNT9oel- π™Άπš’πšœπšŽπš•πš•πšŽ//πŸ’₯⏳ πŸ’πŸ’« (@giselleb1234) October 1, 2025 @giselleb1234/Twitter / Via Twitter: @giselleb1234 Me watching Robert Irwin dance like that...#DWTS @officialdwts pic.twitter.com/uFX2jGUUtd- Jamie Steinberg β™‘ (@NotYerAvgChick) October 1, 2025 @NotYerAvgChick/Twitter / Via Twitter: @NotYerAvgChick The noise that came out of my mouth when Robert Irwin started dancing was not human. When the shirt came off??? Well luckily for my neighbors, that noise could only be heard by dogs #DWTS- vianey (@vinnyelizabeth) October 1, 2025 @vinnyelizabeth/Twitter / Via Twitter: @vinnyelizabeth Robert Irwin put the zoo in Zoolander with this smolderπŸ˜‚ #DWTS pic.twitter.com/xNLWIJP3fk- π™Άπš’πšœπšŽπš•πš•πšŽ//πŸ’₯⏳ πŸ’πŸ’« (@giselleb1234) October 1, 2025 @giselleb1234/Twitter / Via Twitter: @giselleb1234 The judges loved the theatrics, but they were not as convinced with Robert's footwork this time around. Well, kind of. He did leave Carrie Ann Inaba speechless, as she struggled to give some semblance of a critique. I mean, do you see the material? Eric Mccandless / Getty Images Derek Hough said Robert's salsa number was a "little rigid" and stiff, while Bruno Tonioli reminded the audience that the judges "can't let people go on certain details." They were drowned out by the audience's ravenous boos. Eric Mccandless / Getty Images Robert fell to fifth place on the leaderboard. He will need to get his technique back up, with Whitney from The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives and Olympian Jordan Chiles continuing to both grow as dancers and put up high numbers on the board. Eric Mccandless / Getty Images Perhaps the true MVP of last night's episode is Robert's dancer pro, Witney Carson. Thank you, Witney, for plopping that glorious thirst trap in this week's choreo. You see us. Eric Mccandless / Getty Images You can watch Robert Irwin's entire salsa here. The shirt rip is at 00:43, because I take care of my friends.
