Nicole-who is also mom to kids Bella, 32, and Connor, 30, with ex-husband Tom Cruise-filed for divorce in Nashville on Sept. 30 with the official date of separation on the same day, according to documents obtained by E! News. Keith and Nicole, however, both signed and notarized a permanent parenting plan on Aug. 29 and Sept. 6, respectively, as per the docs. The Moulin Rouge! actress, 58, who filed for divorce citing "irreconcilable differences," will have Sunday and Faith live with her 306 days a year and 59 days with their father. (He will have the girls every other weekend.)As part of the plan, Sunday and Faith will split time between their parents for major holidays, as well as longer vacations. Keith and Nicole-who agreed that neither side will pay child support-are also still committed to fostering a loving environment for their daughters. "The mother and father will behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced," the filing noted. "They will not speak badly of each other or the members of the family of the other parent. They will encourage each child to continue to love the other parent and be comfortable in both families."
