Big Brother winner Ashley Hollis isn't done celebrating her win against runner-up Vince Panaro. "There's truly no better feeling than beating a cry baby in 6-1 vote whewww 🥳🤭🤭🤭🤭😉🍾," Ashley wrote via Instagram on Monday, September 29. "Should've gotten me out week one babes! Oh wait, you failed at that because I won the power of veto and took myself off the block! #itsquietaintnobacktalk 😏 #bb27 🤫🤫 #teamashley." In her spicy social media post, Ashley included a video of Vince talking poorly about her throughout the season. Soon after sharing the message, Ashley received some support from Big Brother alumni. 'Big Brother' Stars Reveal Their Pick for Who Will Win Season 27 "Siri play itty bitty piggy by Nicki Minaj," Big Brother alum Leah Peters wrote in the comments section. Fellow season 27 contestant Jimmy Heagerty III added, "Get her jade." After a summer of twists and turns, Ashley was crowned the winner of Big Brother season 27 in a 6-1 vote during the live finale on Sunday, September 28. Ashley found herself in the final two by defeating Morgan Pope in the third part of the final Head of Household competition. Moments later, she evicted her friend, partly because she believed she had a better chance of beating Vince in the finals. After winning the jury's vote, Ashley exclusively told Us Weekly that there were no hard feelings when it came to her relationship with Vince. Ashley Hollis Matthew Taplinger/CBS via Getty Images "I actually did really grow to like Vince as a person throughout the game. He really is a nice guy," she told Us on Sunday. "Didn't understand his gameplay and his dream management and giving people false hope. Didn't really understand that part. But as a person, Vince was a nice guy overall." In a separate interview with Us, Vince acknowledged that his answers on finale night for the jury weren't as strong as his competitor's. "I knew I would probably get grilled a little bit," he said. "They were pretty harsh on me, for sure. All of them were pretty, were pretty good questions, and I wasn't the best [at] answering them." In response to Morgan being the only jury member to vote for him, Vince said he was appreciative. "Morgan did fight for me more proactively. She was the one who was really good about that, and I appreciated that," he told Us. "She's an incredible competitor and such a strong ally." When asked why she voted for Vince, Morgan told Us, "I mean, come on, he put up half the house, and he's still in the house. Like, how, how is he still here?" Everything to Know About 'Big Brother' Runner-Up Vince Panaro's GF Kelsey Many Big Brother alumni - including season 26 winner Chelsie Baham - continue to celebrate Ashley's big win. Hours after the finale aired, Chelsie said she was so "grateful and honored" to pass on the crown to another Black woman. "I'm so proud of Ashley, and I welcome her to the Black female winners club," she told Us at House Chops Los Angeles' Big Brother finale watch party. "We have not seen anything like this at Big Brother. What I love about this group is there's no competitiveness. We are just so happy for each other. There's enough space for all of us, and we make space for Ashley. She's amazing."
