Remember, he pleaded guilty to patient brokering in Florida and got four years of probation, which began in 2022. The 65-year-old was over a year away from being free... but he failed to stay out of trouble. Earlier this year, Michael was arrested for the alleged assault of his estranged wife, Kate Major. He allegedly threw Kate from a chair during an altercation at their home in Texas in February.
