When Paris Hilton sat down to create Paris & Pups, her new animated series on YouTube, she had one nonnegotiable: It couldn't be the kind of kids content that parents suffer through in the background. As a mom of two, Hilton knows firsthand how precious screen time is, both for children and the adults sitting beside them."Seeing a lot of the available cartoons, I don't think a lot of them have a good message, or they're not really appropriate for kids, or they're just boring," Hilton tells Yahoo. "I'm not into Cocomelon or any of that. I think it's annoying.
