However, some insiders have gone on to dispute this, alleging that it all came down to the fact that Nina was keen to get married and have kids, but Shaun wasn't. As it stands, neither party has directly commented on the breakup. However, amid reports that Nina is "devastated" by the end of her engagement, it looks like the Vampire Diaries star has a strong support system. So, after photos surfaced of him and Nina hanging out together, it didn't take long for fans to speculate that there could be a potential romance blossoming. Other shots show Zac taking photos of Nina as she poses for him. It's very sweet stuff. But, before you get too excited, it sounds like things between Zac and Nina are strictly platonic for now.
