The couple went public with their relationship at the LACMA Art + Film Gala in Los Angeles in November 2019, though they first met in 2009. Their romantic connection reportedly grew out of Grant collaborating with Reeves on a series of art and literary projects, including the Matrix star's books, Ode to Happiness and Shadows.
