Hilaria Baldwin is grateful to have the support of her inner circle during her Dancing With the Stars experience - including her nannies. "It's hard, and it definitely takes a village," Hilaria, 41, exclusively shared with Us Weekly on Tuesday, September 23, after dancing the tango with her partner, Gleb Savchenko. "One of my friends came out here. I have my two nannies out here that are really helping me, and that's incredible. [My husband] Alec [Baldwin] is doing a movie somewhere, so he's coming and going, and I have a great community here." When she's not rehearsing around the clock with Savchenko, 42, Hilaria is raising seven kids with Alec, 67. Hours before earning a score of 21 out of 30 on Tuesday's One-Hit Wonders Night, the best-selling author was up with her 7-year-old at 1 a.m. because of a nightmare. Carrie Ann Inaba Narrowly Avoids Wardrobe Malfunction on 'DWTS' "It's show day, but it doesn't matter. I have to go into the room and bring him in," she explained to Us. "We're balancing all of this, but ultimately I'm mom No. 1." As Hilaria turns her dancing dreams into a reality, she hopes to serve as an inspiration for her kids, who witness their mom working hard day after day. "I'm happy that they're able to see me happy. It's been a hard past few years, and I think that they need to see their mom with this kind of joy." Before heading back to the dance studio to work on the samba for TikTok Night on September 30, Hilaria is learning just how competitive Dancing With the Stars is. During Tuesday's episode, the ballroom said goodbye to Baron Davis and Britt Stewart as well as Jenna Johnson and Corey Feldman. Although it's only been two weeks of competition, both Savchenko and his partner have felt how close everyone has become in a short amount of time. "We practice next to each other, and everybody works so hard and shows up and loves it," Hilaria shared. "Everybody loves to dance, and so it's heartbreaking no matter what, whether you go home or somebody else goes home. It is really, really sad." A History of Dancing With the Stars' Scoring Discrepancies and Flubs Savchenko added, "We're all one family. We're all rooting for each other. Everyone is really good this season. It's such a high level of dancing and performances. Everyone has such great charisma." Dancing With the Stars airs on ABC and Disney+ Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
