Hilaria Baldwin is grateful to have the support of her inner circle during her Dancing With the Stars experience - including her nannies. "It's hard, and it definitely takes a village," Hilaria, 41, exclusively shared with Us Weekly on Tuesday, September 23, after dancing the tango with her partner, Gleb Savchenko. "One of my friends came out here. I have my two nannies out here that are really helping me, and that's incredible. [My husband] Alec [Baldwin] is doing a movie somewhere, so he's coming and going, and I have a great community here.
