It earned $757 million at the global box office and was nominated for 10 Oscars, with the movie ultimately winning for Best Costume Design and Best Production Design. Based on Act Two of the Broadway musical, Wicked: For Good will chart Elphaba (Cynthia Erivo) and Glinda's (Ariana Grande) respective paths after they went their separate ways at the end of the first movie.
