Later this year, the heist franchise Now You See Me is coming out of retirement for at least one more movie. On November 14, Now You See Me: Now You Don't is reuniting most of the cast from the original film, including Jesse Eisenberg, Isla Fisher, Morgan Freeman and Mark Ruffalo. Nine years between sequels is a long time, but not unheard of in Hollywood. So let's call it a comeback! Ahead of the upcoming third film, here's how and where to watch all of the Now You See Me movies in order. 12 Must-Watch Comedy Movies on Netflix Right Now (September 2025) 'Now You See Me' (2013) The original Now You See Me was a reunion for Zombieland costars Jesse Eisenberg and Woody Harrelson. In this movie, they respectively play J. Daniel Atlas and Merritt McKinney, one-half of the self-proclaimed Four Horsemen. Their remaining partners in crime are fellow magicians Henley Reeves (Isla Fisher) and Jack Wilder (Dave Franco). Somehow, the Four Horsemen are pulling off audacious heists and bank robberies in full view of their live audiences, while leaving law enforcement officials without enough evidence to prosecute them. FBI agent Dylan Rhodes (Mark Ruffalo) is desperate for help taking them down, so he turns to Thaddeus Bradley (Morgan Freeman), a former magician who has made it his life's work to expose the craft of magic. Bradley knows many of the Four Horsemen's tricks, but they're the ones holding all of the cards. Now You See Me is streaming on Netflix until September 30. 'Now You See Me 2' (2016) It's hard to talk about too much of the plot in Now You See Me 2 without giving away some of the twists in the first movie. This film starts approximately 18 months after the previous flick, and there have been some changes among the Four Horsemen. Henley Reeves has left the group, and she's been replaced by Lula May (Lizzy Caplan). The Four Horsemen also have a new leader, whose identity we won't spoil here. Fall 2025 Movie Preview: The Biggest Films of the Season Given Daniel Raddcliffe's history in the Harry Potter franchise, it feels appropriate that he gets to play a villain in this film. Walter Mabry (Raddcliffe) has a personal grudge against the Four Horsemen, but he's more than happy to coerce them into pulling off a heist on his behalf. Betrayals and twists lie ahead, and the Four Horsemen's leader is forced to turn to one of their old enemies for help against their new adversary. Now You See Me 2 is streaming on Netflix until September 30.
