"She means the absolute world to me," Natasha gushed to People about her beloved mom, who stunned in a strapless periwinkle-colored dress with a pleated design over the bust, creating a geometric, almost floral-like motif. Candace's dress also featured a sleek, fitted silhouette through the hips and thighs, which flared out slightly near the bottom into a subtle mermaid shape.
