In a relief to the makers of Jolly LLB 3, the Bombay High Court has dismissed a PIL against the release of the film. The petitioner claimed that the film mocks lawyers and the Indian judiciary. The plea stated, "Trailers, teasers, posters, and promotional materials of the film are derogatory, defamatory, and scandalise the legal profession by portraying advocates as facilitators of crime, manipulators of evidence, and abusers of judicial processes, thereby undermining the dignity, integrity, and sanctity of the judicial system.
