"God knew we needed you ," Kieffer wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, September 16. "Isla Grace made her entrance 9/13 at 8lb 3oz. She took her sweet time and then had quite the finale." She continued, "Isla, you are the peace, the joy, the evidence of God's grace, the link of heaven and earth. Lily guided you here, it was completely evident. And there's so much that words can't even express at this time of the emotions we felt and that we do feel.
