Nicholas Braun has reportedly entered a not guilty plea after he was arrested on a misdemeanor DUI charge. In documents obtained by TMZ on Monday, September 15, Braun, 37, authorized his attorney to enter his plea. A judge is now reportedly ordering the actor to avoid alcohol, narcotics and controlled substances as the case progresses. The Carroll County, New Hampshire, jail confirmed to Us Weekly on September 2 that Braun had been arrested for a DUI and was released on August 30.
