Seth Rogen is hopeful that The Studio's multiple wins at the 2025 Emmy Awards will secure bigger cameos for season 2. "I hope if anyone was on the fence, this would maybe kick 'em over to the other side. But so far it's been the same, I would say," Rogen, 43, told reporters in the press room at the 77th Emmy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, September 14. "There's a few people I'm going to follow up with tomorrow, a little more bounce in my step than maybe I had before." Rogen said he spotted a few stars he hoped would say yes as he was "standing on stage" and looking into the audience. "I do hope to parlay this into better episodes next year," he added. 2025 Emmy Nominations: See the Complete List The Studio took home four major wins during Sunday's awards ceremony, including Outstanding Comedy Series and an Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series win for Rogen. "This is amazing. I so could not wrap my head around this happening that I literally prepared nothing," Rogen said while accepting his individual award. "I've never won anything in my life. When I was a kid, I bought a used bowling trophy at an estate sale and my parents were like, 'Yeah, that's a good idea, you should probably buy that.'" Amy Sussman/Getty Images He added,"This is really just so lovely. I don't know what to say, this is so nice." Rogen also told reporters in the press room that the characters on his show would never win this many awards. "This is far too good a thing to happen on our show. Unfortunately, our show is generally based on stress and disappointment, and right now, we're all very happy," he explained. "I don't know if this would comedically work for the show, but it's very encouraging and it's so nice and it's very surreal for all of us." Emmy Awards 2025 Red Carpet Celebrity Arrivals: See What Stars Wore The Studio premiered on Apple TV+ in March starring Rogen alongside Ike Barinholtz, Katherine Hahn, Bryan Cranston and Catherine O'Hara. The first season featured star-studded cameos from Martin Scorsese, Ron Howard and Zac Efron, among others. Barinholtz, 48, told Us Weekly exclusively on the Emmys red carpet that he would love "the ultimate movie star" Leonardo DiCaprio to appear on season 2. As for the upcoming episodes, Barinholtz has no idea what the future holds. "They're just starting to cook right now and starting to get it ready," he told Us. "I've heard rumors, but nothing confirmed, so I don't wanna falsely tease anyone. Knowing these guys, they're gonna go big."
