Influencer Lizzie Kieffer has welcomed a baby months after the death of 12-month-old daughter, Lily. "Hello world," Kieffer wrote via her Instagram Story on Sunday, September 14, alongside an image of the newborn tucked in a blanket. The physical therapist and her husband, Matt, revealed in March that they were expecting a third child after welcoming daughters Mia and Lily in June 2022 and April 2024, respectively. One month later, Kieffer shared that Lily died.
