Ricki is laughing at her side, with Emily's sarcasm made clear. But to really drive home the message, Ricki followed up with a look at how Emily-who is also mom to kids Jennings Tyler, 9, Gibson Kyle, 8, Gatlin Avery, 7, Magnolia Belle, 4, and Jones West, 3, with husband Tyler Johnson-is preparing for the family's new arrival. The additional video features a wicker bassinet, a gift bag of baby goodies, more shopping bags filled with clothes, and a book titled The Little Big Book for Grandmothers. Over the video, she quoted Huda Mustafa's viral moment from the Love Island USA reunion, "Netflix told me I'm not allowed to talk about it." The 20-year-old also shared insight into how she's faring in her pregnancy journey, as well as the sex of her baby. "My heart is so full, yet my stomach is so empty because she hates all food," she joked in the post alongside a video from her ultrasound appointment.
