"His decision is no surprise to me," Brooke, 37, told TMZ on Thursday, September 11, of her late father's choice not to name her as a beneficiary. "It's what I asked for, I stand by it with no regrets." She added, "My dad knows I'm a hard worker and I have been surviving without his money for a long, long time."
