"I would have said, 'Don't injure yourself,'" Bristowe, 40, told Tori Spelling on the Wednesday, September 10, episode of her "Misspelling" podcast of the advice she would have shared. "That was my main focus: to stop getting injured all the time." Bristowe won season 29 with pro partner Artem Chigvintsev in 2020, while Spelling, 52, appeared on season 33 last year.
