The Delhi High Court has ruled in favour of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, stating that the unauthorized use of her name violates her rights to privacy and dignity. This decision was made during a hearing on Thursday. Justice Tejas Karia has issued an order preventing various entities from misusing Aishwarya's name, image, and likeness through technological means, including Artificial Intelligence.
