Robin L Marshall / Getty Images For context, Channing is voicing the character Keizo in the English-dubbed version of the new anime movie, and while speaking to People, the 45-year-old revealed that his involvement in the Demon Slayer franchise earned him some serious "cool dad points" with Everly. "I think it's beautifully made and has an incredible storyline," she said of her dad's new project. "I love anime, like, in general. So it's like, beautifully animated." Jc Olivera / Getty Images Channing and Everly's dad-daughter night out comes just a week after he made some super rare comments about his and Jenna's divorce and subsequent custody battle, telling Variety: "Jenna and I are good now, but it was a painful break to have that fall apart, especially being so young."
