Scott Wolf asked a judge to find his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, in contempt for improperly attempting to enter their home days before she entered rehab, Us Weekly can exclusively report. The Utah judge presiding over Scott and Kelley's bitter divorce scheduled a hearing for September 10. The hearing comes after Scott, 57, filed court docs for an emergency hearing and for sanctions against Kelley. A party in a legal case can be found in contempt of court if the judge finds they disobeyed a court order.
