On Tuesday, the Delhi High Court indicated that it will issue an order protecting Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's personality and publicity rights, preventing various entities from using her name, image, and voice commercially without her permission. Justice Tejas Karia also mentioned that he would provide additional instructions for the removal of URLs that violate Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's personality rights. Justice Karia said, "We'll pass an order against each of the defendants (to take down the URLs), because prayers are broad. But we will grant injunctions separately.
