On Wednesday, September 3, Lochte, 41, and the landlord informed the court of their agreement. Per the deal, the athlete will pay a total of $7,059, which consists of rent and other fees due, including rent for September in the amount of $6,100. The first payment of $3,959.25 was due on Friday, September 5, with the rest due at a later date.
