Taylor Momsen is revealing the secrets to how she got so fit before filming a music video in the nude. "I'm kind of a workout-aholic, I guess, you could say. I love it," Momsen, 32, exclusively shared with Us Weekly on the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards red carpet on Sunday, September 7. "I box, I weight train. I do all the things. That's how I prep. And it keeps me sane in the brain." The results are on display in the rocker's latest music video for her hit song "For I Am Death." From Momsen's perspective, anytime she's nude for art, it comes from "an artistic perspective.
