Alison Oliver is playing coy about her rumored relationship status with The Crown alum Josh O'Connor. "I'm not going to answer questions about that, if that's OK," Oliver, 28, told The Times of London in a Saturday, September 6, profile, when asked about dating another actor. "I'm just setting a little rule for myself, but thank you." She added, "Your personal life is your personal life. I'm just choosing not to talk about that." Oliver and O'Connor, 35, first sparked romance rumors in fall 2024, after he reportedly joined her at her sister's wedding in London. The pair was also joined by O'Connor's parents. Neither Oliver nor O'Connor have publicly addressed their relationship status. Us Weekly reached out to reps for both actors for comment at the time. As for Oliver, she told The Times that it can be difficult to deal with people paying so much attention to her personal life. "Essentially, with your job as an actor, you're really not focusing on yourself, you're focusing on this other character," Oliver explained. "It's always a strange flip when suddenly you feel this spotlight on you and who you are. I remember in the beginning feeling really like, 'Oh f***, I don't actually know [who I am], so I don't know who to be in these environments.'" "I really try to be healthy, and however I look when I'm healthy is how I should look," Oliver added to the British newspaper. "I've done both sides of it. I've done the trying to reject it and not care about it. I've also done the really, really caring about it and not being very healthy. Now, as I'm getting a bit older, I look how I look, and certainly when I'm working I try to just think about how the character would look."
