They were first linked in July 2024 after being seen in Italy together. Alessandro Levati / Getty Images While the details of their engagement are unclear, the news comes five months after Venus sparked engagement rumors after she was seen wearing a ring on her left hand while out in Rome with Andrea. Thestewartofny / Getty Images She confirmed the rumors on Tuesday night in a post-game interview at the Mubadala Citi DC Open, where Venus, 45, made history as the oldest woman to win a tour-level singles match since 2004.
