BuzzFeed Unknown Number: The High School Catfish - watch for: One of the biggest plot twists of the year Netflix Streaming on Netflix This absolutely wild Netflix documentary follows Michigan high school students Lauryn Licari and her former boyfriend, Owen McKenny, who become the targets of harassment from unknown numbers. While authorities investigate the ordeal, secrets are revealed that change everything. Even if you're not a documentary person, I think this is a must-watch because it's enthralling from start to finish. Netflix I genuinely didn't know how this was going to wrap up, and the whole thing had me on the edge of my seat. The "twist" in the film is something the entire internet is talking about, and I highly recommend trying to get to this one unspoiled. But, even if you do stumble upon what happened to Lauryn and how the investigation concludes, I still think it's worth a watch. Netflix Twinless - watch for: Dylan O'Brien giving an award-worthy performance Roadside Attractions / Everett Collection In theaters now Directed, written, and starring James Sweeney, Twinless tells the story of Dennis (Sweeney) and Roman (Dylan O'Brien), who strike up an unlikely friendship after they meet in a support group for twins whose twin has died. The film premiered at Sundance in January to rave reviews, with the film currently holding a 97% on Rotten Tomatoes. Roadside Attractions / Everett Collection Twinless is not only a great exploration of grief, but it also has a few twists and turns, especially when Dennis's obsession with Roman takes a turn, which makes this one of the most original new movies of the year. Alongside outstanding performances by Sweeney and O'Brien, and coupled with an amazing supporting cast that includes Lauren Graham and Abbott Elementary's Chris Perfetti, Twinless is one you won't want to miss. Especially if you're a Dylan O'Brien fan. Roadside Attractions / Everett Collection BuzzFeed These are some of my favorite things from my FYP, feed, and

MORE: This week's The Summer I Turned Pretty Episode 9 was, truthfully, a filler episode I never really needed. After last week's failed wedding, Belly (Lola Tung) flees to Paris. And while this sounded like a fun episode on paper, it just fell flat. It followed Belly running around Paris to find her stolen backpack (Shoutout to her new friends, though. I like them). Meanwhile, Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno) was just moping and yelling at every good character. How DARE he speak to Laurel (Jackie Chung) that way?! Prime Video The only bright spots for me this week were the music - the use of Taylor Swift continues to be top-tier - and Steven (Sean Kaufman) and Taylor (Rain Spencer) getting back together. Also, special shoutout to Steven's "Who the fuck is Lacie Barone?!" Anyway, here are some of the best tweets about the episode: @raisyscalloway / BuzzFeed / Via x.com Prime Video / BuzzFeed / Via x.com Prime Video / BuzzFeed / Via x.com The first trailer for Emerald Fennell's adaptation of Wuthering Heights was released, and, um, the reactions have not been so great. Starring Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi as Catherine and Heathcliff, this new take on the classic Emily Brontë novel has been receiving backlash since it was announced. While the trailer is visually stunning, I still can't help but wonder: Why is this not just an original movie instead of a Wuthering Heights remake? And it seems the internet is also wondering the same thing: Warner Bros / Via youtube.com In other movie news this week, director James Gunn and DC Studios officially announced the sequel to Superman, which is tentatively titled Superman: Man of Tomorrow. The film is scheduled to be released on July 9, 2027. Alongside the announcement, Gunn shared a comic book image of Superman and Lex Luthor in his warsuit, which Luthor creates to try and match Superman's superhero abilities. Warner Bros / Everett Collection Gunn is once again slated to write and direct the follow-up to the summer 2025 blockbuster, with, of course, David Corenswet, Rachel Brosnahan, Nicholas Hoult, and
